Yearbook sales have begun!  Order online here.  Sales will end Feb 1st so that the yearbook staff can have more time to count photos of everyone who has paid for a book and make sure they are in the yearbook multiple times.  We want every owner of a yearbook to be well represented!

Our Spring yearbook signing party will be held Thursday May 1.

• Would you like to volunteer to bring snacks for the working sessions?  The kids are really hungry after school and concentrate much better after a snack.

Upload Photos Instructions:

• Go to http://community.pictavo.com/
• Select “Upload”
• Create an account (choose “SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING MAGNET”) or login to your existing account
• Follow instructions to upload photos

Create a Senior Ad:

• Go to http://community.pictavo.com/
• Create an account (choose “SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING MAGNET”) or login to your existing account
• Select “Shop Recognition Ads”
• Select the only option: “Half-Page Recognition Ad  - $50” and click “Order”
• At this point, you may design it using their tools, or you may upload an ad you’ve already designed.
• If you create an ad in another software, please follow these guidelines:
  • File size max is 10mb
  • Allowed formats are jpg, pdf, tif, or png
  • Please size it 2250 pixels width x 1125 pixels height
  • Use 300 dpi resolution
  • Minimum allowed is 1500 x 750 and 200 dpi
• If you want to use their tool (we recommend this method to make sure the ad is as high quality as possible), click on “Design It Now!”
  • Here you will be able to design a template, import your images, and customize with text, clipart, and background.
  • Click on “Start Your Design” and follow the instructions.
  • All the templates you see will be half page templates… choose whichever you prefer.
  • TIP: If you step away from it… just go to “My Stuff” in the upper right banner, and then click on “edit” to get back to your design.
  • If you need assistance, please contact Vicki Luna, victorias_luna@yahoo.com, and she may be able to find a yearbook staffer to assist you in creating your ad.
• When complete… go to “Cart” and pay for the ad.
